Serving children, birth to five years of age, with mild developmental delays (5% or greater delay as determined by a standardized assessment tool) in the counties of Jackson, Perry, and part of Union.  Providing free developmental screenings and assessments, Individual Family Service Plan (I.F.S.P.), centerbased classrooms, and parent/child interaction activities.  For classroom eligibility, child must be two to five years of age and parent must provide birth certificate, physical, proof of immunization, and complete the child care enrollment paperwork.  Program Coordinator is Micki Moon.
